MatchLink is operated by AM Real Logic LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 43170 06017, with its registered office at Flat 8, 1 Knowsley Road, Southport, PR9 0HG. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MatchLink platform, website, and related services. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use MatchLink.

MatchLink is a digital platform that allows football coaches, managers, and authorised club representatives to communicate, coordinate, and organise matches and tournaments. MatchLink is intended for adults only and is limited to users based in the United Kingdom. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration, and may optionally upload a profile image. MatchLink does not organize, supervise, or manage any matches, tournaments, or events, and all participants remain fully responsible for the safety, conduct, and compliance of their matches and tournaments, including ensuring appropriate insurance and adherence to governing football rules. MatchLink only facilitates communication and does not control or endorse venues, teams, or participants. Users acknowledge that the platform is a neutral tool and agree that AM Real Logic LTD is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, misconduct, disputes, cancellations, no-shows, or any other consequences arising from matches, tournaments, or user behavior.

The chat feature is provided for coordination and communication between registered users. Chat content is monitored by platform administrators who may remove messages, suspend users, or take other moderation actions in cases of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or other prohibited conduct. Users are responsible for their own conduct and agree to indemnify and hold harmless AM Real Logic LTD from any claims arising from user misconduct, disputes, or interactions. Users must follow the platform rules, and administrators’ actions shall not be considered an assumption of responsibility for any user behavior. MatchLink may offer a free trial consisting of three matches and one tournament, after which continued access requires a paid subscription of £9.99 per year via Stripe. Users have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel subscriptions, but no refunds are offered after this period. Access to the platform will be restricted if subscriptions are not paid. Users must accept these Terms prior to using the platform, and MatchLink retains records of user acceptance.

MatchLink may display advertisements or sponsored content within the platform. Any interaction, agreement, or transaction with an advertiser is solely between the user and the advertiser, and AM Real Logic LTD is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any advertised products or services. All advertisements will be clearly labelled as sponsored content.

All intellectual property, including software, code, branding, trademarks, and platform content, is owned by AM Real Logic LTD. Users are granted a limited, nontransferable, revocable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without express written consent. Profile images must not infringe third-party rights or contain offensive content, and administrators may remove images violating rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AM Real Logic LTD is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, injuries, disputes, misconduct, or any other incidents arising from the use of the platform, interactions with other users, or matches and tournaments arranged using the platform. Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from the use of MatchLink are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. MatchLink reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes posted on the platform or notified to users by registered email, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
